Open Casting Call for kid extras for Jillian O’s music video for her new song “Push Me.”

CONCEPT: The music video concept follows the transformation of a young girl into a star with a positive message against bullying. Both Male and Female Leads are still needed.

CASTING: Multicultural mix of males and females ages 12 - 15. Experience is not necessary. Ability to act or play a musical instrument a plus.

PRODUCTION DETAILS:
• DATE: June 17, 2011
• LOCATION: Destiny Metropolitan Worship Church – 1775 Water Place SE, Atlanta, GA 30339
• CALL TIME: 9:00am (Please arrive a few minutes early in order to complete paperwork)
• WRAP TIME: 5:00pm
• WE ENCOURAGE ALL EXTRAS TO STAY THE ENTIRE DAY. HOWEVER, IF THEY CAN ONLY PARTICIPATE FOR A PORTION OF THE SHOOT DUE TO ANOTHER ACTIVITY, PLEASE INFORM US OF THE EXACT AVAILABILITY SO THAT WE CAN APPROVE AND PLAN FOR SHOOTING AND ROLES.
• WARDROBE: Wardrobe requirements will be sent upon confirmation.
• MEALS: Breakfast, lunch (deli sandwiches or pizza) and snacks will be provided throughout the day. Please inform us of any food allergies.
• Parents must be present to sign release forms but are encouraged to drop off and pick up.
• There will be a number of production assistants on set working with the extras and making sure they are having fun!

ON-CAMERA AUDITIONING & CHARACTER TECHNIQUE

Stretch outside your comfort zone in this intensive workshop with Ken Feinberg and Tim Donner as they guide you into developing strong characters for auditions in front of the Camera and in front of the Casting Director.

This on camera workshop focuses on understanding what it means to take on a character role and making it real for your performance, including tools and techniques that you can take away to make even stronger choices in the future.

About the Instructors:

Tim Donner has worked as a Casting Director and Associate for over 12 years and is now the owner of Casting Direct in Atlanta. Tim's many years of experience working along side of a legendary Hollywood casting director combined with his passion for film & acting gives him an "insider's view" he will be sharing with you during this workshop. Tim currently puts many working actors in Atlanta on tape on a daily basis at Casting Direct. Tim's upbeat personality combined with insightful perspectives is sure to add another dimension to scene preparation.





Ken Feinberg is the Founder and CEO of Creative Studios of Atlanta . Ken casts commercials, film, TV and print. Ken mentors and coaches the highly selective CSA Film Academy Company in the 9 month acting conservatory. Ken has directed almost 30 short films 3 of which he debuted at the Cannes Film Festival Short Film Corner. As an actor, Feinberg is known to millions of television viewers around the world for his role as the Chaos Demon in the richly acclaimed Buffy The Vampire Slayer . He also played impressive characters on other hit series including Alias, Charmed, STAR TREK’S Enterprise and the popular network series The District.
